1. Check out time is 11am

2. Camping is not permitted during winter months. The RV Park will close on November 1 and reopen sometime in April.  

3. The RV park is intended for temporary stays unless prior arrangements have been made with the owners via phone conversation. 

4. Children are to be supervised and parents/guardians must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guests children at all times. Small children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

5. Please respect the privacy of fellow campers-do not walk through sites. 

6. Quite hours are in effect from 10pm until 8am. Loud music and other noises that can be heard beyond the campsite must cease by 10pm. Observation of this rule is important even if their are no other campers present, as the RV Park is within hearing distance of a residential area. 

7. All trash must be disposed of in the receptacles provided. 

8. No washing of vehicles or RV's is allowed. 

9. The park speed limit is 5 miles per hour.

10. Riding any engine-powered vehicles is not permitted. 

11. No more that 2 pets will be permitted per space. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Animal waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately. Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV. Constant or frequent barking may result in you being asked to leave.

12. No tent camping allowed. 

13. No business or commercial activity of  any nature shall be conducted at the park. 

14. Shower houses are not available on site.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the foregoing rules and regulations and that I have been provided a copy of the same at the time of my registration with the park. I further shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the site owners, the City of Big Lake or Craig, Missouri, it's agents and employees against all claims damages and losses and expenses including attorney's fees.
